Circus Time

Well we went to the circus! Spent alot of money and the most exciting thing was the kids playing with thier toys we spent $30 on! How pathetic is that! Don't think we'll be doing the circus thing for awhile!

Kiana Ahlyse

After finding out that we were having our girl, I was excited and scared at the same time!! Kiana was such an easy baby. No colic, slept really well! That was are easiest time with her! NO MORE EASY TIMES!!!Now she is a fire cracker! Always getting into everything, is sassy as can be and a very tough girl to her brothers. She definately has personality!!! She is a momma's girl though. She loves to sneek into bed with Rick and I at night. She's getting really good at bringing her own pillow in and sneaking right between us. We don't even know she's there sometimes! She is very smart and honery too. I will definately get grey hair for sure from her!!! Couldn't have asked for any better daughter!!

After Rick and I got back from our amazing honeymoon I had to go right back to work.

After a few days of really not feeling good and chucking it up to jet lag I decided to go to the doctor. Well I found out Nicky was on his way. We had been pregnant through the wedding and didn't even know it!! No wonder all I did on our honeymoon was sleep. My body just knew I guess!

We were married on Febuary 14, 2004 and Nicky came October 21, 2004. Let's say our first nine months of marriage weren't easy. I was extreamely sick, so bad I had to quit my job cause I was commuting to Pueblo and pulling over on the highway to throw up. It definately wasn't easy. Nicky was a hard baby too. He had extreme colic and the first six months were harder than our first nine months of marriage! It is really amazing what people can go through and survive. No SLEEP and lots of frustration. But he is a smart little boy!
Nicky has the most beautiful curly hair with long eyelashes and dimples!! Girls better watch out!! He has his daddy's mind with his daddy's temper!!! But is he smart.

Valentines Day 2004

What a perfect day it was! Our wedding was held in Palmer Lake at Pine Crest Event Center. When Rick and I started looking for a place to get married it seemed like a tough task. The day we walked into the chapel and we both knew this was it! We needed to look no further. It was to most amazing place, made in all wood and the most beautiful stage in front. They had a song playing while we walked in and we used it in our ceremony! Things were too perfect! Our day went off without a hitch the only regret is that we didn't do a thank you line after the ceremony and before the reception. We really did want to say hello to everyone but just didn't have the time. The day went by so quickly we both couldn't believe it!! Here are some of our engagement pics and then some wedding pics!
